Thomas Gambino

President & CEO

Thomas has led Dynamic as President and CEO since the mid-’90s. With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from George Washington University, Thomas began his career as an engineer designing transportation and road projects. Thomas was instrumental in initiating and orchestrating the merger of several consolidation and distribution companies serving the retail supply chain. Those companies included; Phiara Consolidators, Midan Line Haul Carriers, Consolidated, Streichler/North River Warehouses and Cobra CFS. Thomas has developed Dynamic Worldwide into the industry leader it is today.

Leif Arntzen

Senior Vice President - Business Development

Leif has been with the Dynamic team for 20 years. Early in his career, he leads successful forestry and commercial fishing businesses in Canada with distribution throughout North America. This experience helped shape his understanding of the critical relationship between business, logistics and the environment. Leif has extensive experience in the management of local pick-up and delivery trucking operations, airport, pier and rail CFS operations. He is instrumental in developing cost-savings programs for retailers and manufacturers and is a leader in the development of efficient supply chain solutions. Leif is an accomplished, classically trained musician and jazz trumpet player.

Richard Morabito

Chief Financial Officer

Richard Morabito joined Dynamic’s management team as Vice President of Finance & Administration in 2009. Richard is a graduate of Long Island University with a BS degree in Accounting. Prior to joining Dynamic, Richard was Chief Operating Officer for 25 years of DJ Fashions (Dawn Joy) LLC, a leading apparel manufacturer & importer with an annual volume of $150 million. Richard’s experience in the finance area, overall business acumen, and knowledge of the domestic and international supply chain has made him an integral part of the Dynamic team.

Andrew D. Rotondi

Chief Operating Officer

Andrew Rotondi joined Dynamic Worldwide more than 20 years ago to oversee information technology (IT), distribution and warehouse operations. After graduating with a BS degree in 1979, Andrew started his IT career with NCR Corporation, implementing systems for the wholesale and retail trade. He is credited with building both Dynamic’s 3PL distribution business and the IT systems which support Dynamic’s supply chain which currently services over 300 fashion and consumer product wholesalers and retailers moving in excess of $50 billion at retail.

Charles Romano

Vice President of Global Sales

Charles has been on the Dynamic team for more than 20 years. Charles attended college prior to his service in the U.S Navy/Assigned Air Squadron VC 6. He is the former owner of Romano Trucking and was Vice President of Sales for Massa Trucking and Economy Trucking. Charles gained significant industry insight servicing sewing and cutting factories of the apparel manufacturing trade in New York and has implemented numerous cost-saving consolidation programs for Dynamic’s retail and vendor clients. His personalized client relationship management has enabled Dynamic to expand both domestic and international sales. Charles received a Military Letter of Commendation from President Gerald Ford for his efforts in helping the United States Navy save over $12,000,000 per year.
